In order to apply for Zakat assistance please do the followings:

• Fill in the Application for eligibility of Zakat foundation assistance which can be downloaded from HERE.
• Attach a copy of your ID
• Attach proof of income, expenses and any other proof needed to support your request.

• Office manager will contact you to inform you about the status of your request once a decision have been made by ISW Finance Committee.
